Our Contracting Projects

Our qualified staff and sub-contractors have completed these projects throughout the house flipping projects that we have completed. Each project is planned in advance and completed in accordance with our project plan!

Wall Opening for
Breakfast Bar

Within this Cape Cod - style home which had rooms which felt were closed off. We created a sturdy opening, complete with arches in-between the living room and kitchen that will be turned into a breakfast bar and top off with a granite countertop.

Kitchen Tile Floor

In order to add character to this new kitchen we selected a beautiful porcelain black and white tile floor. Our company removed the old tan tile and installed new backerboard, sealed the seams and installed the new tile and grout.

Basement "Pub Room"

We wished to transform an already finished basement from a bedroom/office into a Pub/Media Room. We removed the barriers between the bedroom and office areas and installed custom ceramic tile on the floor of the bar area as well as in the alcove for the large-screen television. Additionally, we painted, changed doors, carpeting and finishes throughout the space in order to modernize the space.

Additional Full Bathroom

We created a master suite, complete with a large bedroom and full bathroom. The bathroom was handicap accessible and created from scratch using our licensed plumbing sub-contractor. The bathroom included a custom tile and a stand-up shower.

Custom Built-in Painting

We needed to rejuvenate custom solid-wood built in shelves and a desk, prior to a home listing on the open market. In order to complete this properly, we cleaned the existing surfaces and applied a separate primer paint to prepare for even application. Using Benjamin Moore semi-gloss paint we applied two coats in order to achieve the perfect finish.

Exterior Deck Painting

We power-washed this existing deck and hand scraped the old paint from its surface. Our company utilizes Benjamin Moore paints, which provide the highest quality coverage. At the conclusion this 40- year old deck looked brand new once again!

Home Preparation for Sale

This home had been recently emptied out by the family who were the owners. They asked us to prepare the home for sale. As part of this we conducted a pre-home seller's inspection and employed qualified and licensed sub-contractors to make repairs to systems within the house. Our staff painted the entire home and had new carpeting installed so that it was well-received by potential buyers.

Framing Bedrooms and Closets

In this bi-level home's lower level there was a mostly open floor plan, which is typical. In order to add equity to the home we added additional bedrooms. We framed out two new bedrooms, with closets and the appropriate door installations.

Hardwood Floor Refinishing

Having solid wood floors is a great investment for your home. We sanded down their wood floors in the living and dining rooms. Once down to the bare wood, they elected to go with a natural wood coloring, which came out perfect with the finishing!
