Position Description:

 

This position will be responsible in assisting the project manager(s) in all duties for the upcoming projects. It will also need to meet all duties that are needed for operating on the ProDeveloper Associates team.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assisting with completion of projects in the following areas of construction:

1. Demolition

2. Framing

3. sheetrock/tape/spackle/sand/polish walls

4. Painting

5. General carpentry

6. Landscaping

Compensation - to be negotiated based upon experience.

Position Description:

 

Create written plan, budget and schedule for completing the tasks required on the job. The project manager oversees completion of the project from start to finish and checks for quality control.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Work with sub-contractors and employees to ensure high quality completion of all projects undertaken

2. Evaluate project completion for sub-contractors

3. Hire (if necessary) / supervise staff and evaluate performance

4. Ensure that budgets for all projects undertaken are followed

5. Oversee and inspect all work to ensure permit and zoning for all projects undertaken is passed as quickly as possible

6. Shall ensure that all inspections are completed and any remediation takes place.
